Omegaslate (UK) Ltd. are specialist designers and suppliers of advanced ceramics-based extreme abrasion and corrosion resistant products for application in materials handling environments. We utilise diamond-ground advanced ceramic lining systems to provide the highest level of abrasion resistance to a range of industries, including chemicals, bulk minerals, metals, and plastics industries.

We provide a bespoke service, ensuring each part is uniquely fitted with our linings, manufactured to close tolerances.

Omegaslate was established as a manufacturer of wear-resistant alumina ceramics in the early 1980s, supplying market leaders with abrasion solutions.  We have over thirty-five years expertise in the wear resistance solutions industry and have forged long-standing working relationships with our customers and our suppliers.

We are experts in our field and are able to advise industries on the most suitable abrasion-resistant applications to maximise component life, therefore reducing running and maintenance costs. 

Omegaslate are also consultants to our suppliers, advising on materials development and application potential.

Our engineering design department is equipped with the latest CAD software to create precision diagrams of wear-resistant applications, and we are able to produce visualisations and 3D renderings to aid the design process - you will see examples throughout our website.
